This 27-hectar estate operates under the “Bordeaux Supérieur” AOC.
Located in the commune of Saint-Martin du Bois, it is in the heart of the appellation which represents over half of the vineyards in the Gironde, the largest producer of fine wines in the world.
The majority of the vineyard, the vines of which are on average 20 years old, faces north and south.

Tasting notes
This dense, intense wine has a deep purple color. A fine reflection of the vintage, the nose is packed with powerful aromas of blackcurrant and liquorice. Fruity and full-bodied, this Côtes de Blaye boasts a good substance and an enjoyable length of flavour.
Matching with food
The finish is accented by hints of pepper, making this the ideal partner for a leg of lamb in wild herbs, or a rich goat’s cheese.
